Abstract: The importance of the C3 (Consultation, Command and Control) systems interoperability in NATO and national armed forces is constantly growing. C3 systems are mostly products of contractors companies and therefore it is necessary to build a good cooperation environment between military and industry. One of the positive solutions should be the “Interoperability dictionary of the C3 systems” in web application form. The dictionary terms include the important basis for understanding of the C3 systems interoperability and their definitions were most chosen from relevant NATO sources. The first groups of terms are: general interoperability entries, C3 architecture approach, Multilateral Interoperability Programme (MIP), NATO Network Enabled Capability (NNEC), Command and Control (C2), and information and communication technology (ICT). The concept of the technical solution is up to date and was designed in UML diagrams (system analysis, user roles, and data model) and web application implementation solution used open source SW.

Key words: Interoperability, dictionary, C3,
architecture, MIP, NNEC, C2, ICT.
