In order to find data, two ways can be used; the user could make a search procedure by using classes or by travelling all over the full text and the data arborescence. These two means will now be explained.
The search procedure by using classes is based on the use of the summary table get by clicking on the name of the database; the user could also reach this menu by clicking on the name of the database located on the left of the browser window. In this part, the user could find the different items constituting the database. If he knows the nature of the researched item or he simply has a global idea of it, this way could be the easiest and the most effective.
Once a class chosen, don’t hesitate to use the search field in the top of the list. Browsing through the database could also be done by using the bookmarks on the top of the page.
The last way is based on the use of the data arborescence and the hierarchy of information, all green links are clickable. Thus, when some information is needed or searched by a user on one page, he could click on the link and get all the data.
There is no best way to find data however a mix of these different methods guarantees good results.
