In Wroclaw, Poland, September 27-30, 2010. The conference topics were oriented to military environment: Network Centric Concepts and Solutions; Doctrinal, Procedural and Organizational Factors; System and Network Management; Knowledge and Information Systems; Communications Technologies, etc.

The MCC is an annual international conference with over 10-years tradition. As it has a wide international rank the MCC brings together experts from world research, academic, military and industrial establishments. The intent of the conference is to create the forum for useful contacts and exchange ideas on development as well as implementation of new technologies and services into military systems. The MCC gives the unique opportunity to discuss different points of view and share experience with colleagues from European and NATO areas involved in CIS.
Previous conferences took place in Bonn, Germany as well as Zegrze, Gdynia, Cracow in Poland. In 2009 the MCC was held in Prague, Czech Republic.
