The mission is to enhance the capability, cooperation and information sharing among NATO, NATO nations and partners in cyber defence by virtue of education, research and development, lessons learned and consultation. Located in Tallinn, Estonia.
Our vision is to be the main source of expertise in the field of cooperative cyber defence by accumulating, creating, and disseminating knowledge in related matters within NATO, NATO nations and partners.

The Centre develops a wide range of products and services for NATO. These change yearly, and are based on annual Programs of Work that are coordinated with HQ SACT and approved by the NATO CCD COE Steering Committee. The Steering Committee gives first priority to the requests of HQ SACT; within the capabilities of the Centre and if there is time available, the Framework Nation (Estonia) and the other Sponsoring Nations can use the facilities and expertise of the Centre as determined by the Steering Committee.
