It is accomplished through the following core areas:
- Education and training;
- Doctrine and concept development
- Capability development and support to experimentation
- Lessons identified and lessons learned processes.
The centre will remain in the C2 arrangements of the SVN armed forces. The Multi-Nationalized MW COE Coordinating Committee is an advisory body to the Commandant of the Centre. Working groups are manned with the representatives from all participating nations. Participants will not be required to send personnel to the Centre. Coordination and work sharing in support of the program of work will be accomplished through a combination of any of the following methods:
- Conferences
- Meetings
- Workshops
- Mobile Education Training Teams
- Annual Training events
- Collaborative tools (VTC, web, etc.)
- Funding - there will be no formal sharing formula. The CC will ensure that contributions required to support the POW are fairly distributed among the participants.
