Part of MSC. The mission of ELC is to provide active support to the development of enthusiastic staff on the basis of high quality and accesible E & T programmes.

Mission of ELC is accomplished through members of our staff and interested users of our services. Activities are continously adapted to the needs of individuals and groups served. Programs are part of a complex system of integrated E & T services within MSC.
