The CEFME- Central European Forum on Military Education is a voluntary association of the military universities in the central European region.

The Goal of CEFME

The goal of the Central European Forum on Military Education (CEFME) is to support the development of education and training military professionals and cooperation of the participating universities in teaching, research, exchange of teachers and students; increase mutual awareness and facilitate the organization of joint events.

History and Meetings of CEFME

The CEFME was founded in 2007 on the initiative of the University of Defence, Czech Republic. The meeting of Representatives of the Participating Universities is Carried out 2 times a year; first meeting is part of the Conference of Commanders when the last day of the meeting is devoted to the preparation of the autumn session CEFME. Autumn session has been devoted solely to the topic of CEFME. Negotiations are underway on the principle of rotating the host country.
